Background:

Our client wanted to offer experiential rewards to their longest serving employees in both Hong Kong and Singapore region, to reward them for their contribution and loyalty to the company. FWD wanted to provide a range of different experiences for their employees to choose from. They wanted the rewards to be a chance for employees to have fun, create memories and increase their engagement with the company.

Solution:

Spoilt selected a wide range of Spoilt experiences to accommodate a range of interests and preferences of their employees, such as at-home massage experience, dining offers, family-friendly experiences, outdoor activities and creative workshops.

We created a personalised and branded catalogue and the customised gift message for the awarded employees based in Hong Kong and Singapore, alowing them to choose their favourite experiences. Once the employees redeemed their chosen experiences, Spoilt helped them with all the booking arrangements for their experience, hence easing the organisational requirements on the client side.
