Sun Life Financial wanted to reward their employees for their good performance in a recognition program that they created called #beourbest. Sun Life’s top employees were rewarded with Spoilt’s unique experience gifts on a quarterly basis. Sun Life wanted to use Spoilt’s experiential rewards in 4 themes - one for each quarter. |

We worked closely with the Sun Life HR department on the whole project - from the choice of memorable experiences to fit with their themes and styles to the delivery of gift vouchers to each employee. At the beginning of each period, they had an internal nomination period which allowed different teams to be nominated for best performing individual or team. The nominees were submitted to the management team who, in turn, confirmed the list of final winners. For individual winners, they are allowed to choose one experience per person. For team winners, each team members are allowed to choose one experience per person. We also offered an option for direct top up payment from the awardees in case they wanted to upgrade their rewards through our online system. Once the awardees had confirmed their selected rewards, they received their rewards as an E-voucher. |
